Mr. Jason Bedasse was a Co-Founder and served as Chief Executive Officer at Corlex Capital. He brings 20 years of investment banking experience from Bay Street, Wall Street and across the Caribbean. He began his career as a financial analyst and then as an associate in M&A for a leading bulge bracket investment bank on Wall Street. He then led an M&A practice for the largest conglomerate in the Caribbean, after which he returned to Toronto, Canada to head up the institutional equity sales and trading platform for one of the leading broker-dealers on Bay Street for several years. Most recently, He returned to the U.S. to become a principal and head of fundraising for a first-time fund private equity boutique focused on the lower middle market.
