Dave then started up, built, and successfully sold Management Recruiters of Plymouth Meeting, a recruitment and staffing firm. Currently, Dave serves as General Partner, AJM Capital Partners LP, a family limited partnership, and Managing Member, KMS Capital Group LLC, a private equity investment vehicle and family office.
