Mr. Michael Schulhof serves as Member of CEO Advisory Committee at Lee Equity Partners. He serves as Board Member at SAMHI Hotels. Previously served as a Board Member at Advanced BioDesign. He also serves as Managing Director & Chairman at GTI Capital Group. He serves as Chairman & Managing Director at Global Technology Investment Group. He also serves as Board Member Air Works India. He was previously President and CEO of Sony America and Sony Media and Entertainment from 1993 to 1995. He joined Sony in 1968 and rose to senior management in 1979. In 1989, he was named to Sony's Board of Directors. During his 25 years at Sony, he had responsibility for Sony Electronics; Sony Software, including Columbia/Tristar Pictures; CBS Records as well as the electronic publishing and signatures divisions; and Sony Retail Entertainment including theaters and location-based entertainment centers across the U.S. Mr. Schulhof serves on the boards of several companies and charitable organizations including ColdWatt, J2Com, the Brookings Institution, the Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University, the American Hospital of Paris Foundation and New York University Medical Center. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He received his B.S. from Grinnell College, an M.A. from Cornell University, a Ph.D. from Brandeis University and the Chevalier de la Legion D'Honneur by the French Republic. He is also a managing director at GTI Capital Group.
