Mr. Siddharth Yog is the Co-Founder and serves as Chairman of The Xander Group. Mr. Yog was involved in all phases of the development of the firm's business, including chairing the investment committee for the Xander Funds, until September 2016. Xander currently represents ~ US$ 2.7 billion of institutional equity capital across private equity real estate funds, related co investments, managed accounts and direct public and private investments and partnerships. Mr. Yog also founded Virtuous Retail, an integrated retail real estate company in 2007, and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Virtuous Retail South Asia Pte. Ltd., its Singapore based joint venture that is a leading integrated retail real estate developer, owner and asset manager in India. He is a member of the Harvard Business School faculty in Boston, MA, where, as Senior Lecturer in the finance unit, he teaches courses in the MBA program on Investing in Emerging Markets and Real Property Asset Management. Mr. Yog was Founder Director of CBRE's Asia Pacific Strategic Consulting practice based in Singapore and Hong Kong from 1999 to 2002. Earlier in 1995, he helped set up CBRE's India operations and was Director for Research, Valuation and Strategy Consulting. He has also worked at Bain & Co. in New York, Deutsche Bank Investment Management GmbH in Frankfurt, and Feedback Ventures in New Delhi. He received an MBA from the Harvard Business School with highest distinction and was elected a Baker Scholar. He was also elected President of his Class. Earlier he earned an Honors degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and was elected head of the students union of Shri Ram College. Mr. Yog serves on the President's Global Advisory Council and the Committee on University Resources at Harvard University and on the Board of Trustees of the A.R.T - the American Repertory Theatre in Cambridge, MA. He is Co-Founder and Trustee of the non-profit Ashoka University in India, where he also serves as a member of the Governing Body, and is Chairman of Yuj Kutumb, the Yog Family Foundation.
