Ms. Annemette Færch is a Co-Owner and serves Board Member at BOS (Denmark). She serves as a Partner at Executive Capital. She also serves as Vice Chairman at Guldborg Legepladser. Ms. Færch is a trained teacher from the seminar but has since taken a number of postgraduate courses in management, finance, business excellence, and public governance from CBS, Columbia, Wharton, and INSEAD. She has used the programs in fund work, corporate boards, and volunteering. As a board member in Færch Holding and since the chairman of the Færchfonden, she has helped manage the strategy and manage the divestments of Færch Plast and Scandinavian Tobacco Company. In addition to the Færch Foundation, Ms. Færch has a number of other board posts. Secondly, she is on the board of Danhydra, which makes hydraulic components and specially-operated valves for the wind turbine industry. In addition, she is chairman of Excellent Play which evaluates and certifies the learning quality of toys for parents and institutions. Ms. Færch used to sit on the board of directors and had invested in Zetland, a digital news media, as well as the Xoco Fine Cocoa Company that supplies cocoa beans from Honduras. In Executive Capital, Ms. Færch has invested in the clothing chain Message and the companies BOS A/S and Guldborg Playgrounds ApS. She has been a partner since November 2014.
