Mr. Ty Anderson serves as Managing Principal and Chief Executive Officer at Andcor Companies. Throughout his early years, Ty experienced what is was like developing a successful Executive Search Firm as he watched his father Dennis grow Andcor from a small, entry-level placement organization to one of Minnesota's premier Executive Recruiting and Angel Investing Agencies. Ty earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. After graduation, he gained valuable experience with companies such as Milestone Growth Fund, a Minnesota-based venture capital firm focused on providing equity and debt financing to minority businesses. In addition, he worked with Stellent, a global provider of enterprise content management solutions (acquired by Oracle). It was through these experiences that Ty's passion was ignited in assisting emerging growth companies with expansion and retention. In 2003, Ty joined Andcor as an Associate, and following his father's passing in 2008, became Managing Principal. Today Ty continues to focus on Andcor's core competencies: helping emerging growth companies in Minnesota with leadership search and placement, assessment, and funding. Ty is currently focused on implementing new and innovative technologies related to executive search, sourcing, screening, assessment, and social connectivity, which will ultimately help clients be more efficient and achieve a higher degree of success.
