Mr. Guillaume-Olivier Dore is a Co-Founder & serves as Chief Executive Officer at Elwin. He is an Advisory Board Member of Zeendoc. He serves as Senior Advisor at A Plus Finance. He accompanies Bellini Partners, one of the controlling holding companies of A Plus Finance, as Senior Advisor. From 1996 to 2002, He was an investor in Private Equity (3i, IBM Corporate Venture, Apax Partners), before co-founding with the support of Créadev, Agregator, the first entrepreneurial fund in France bringing together more than 300 senior investors. In 2003, he co-founded Theraclion (MedTech) and then in 2005 Viadeo (PSN), both listed on the stock market. He transformed Agregator - which became Agregator Capital - into a Private Equity fund in 2010 during an LBO transaction that he carried out on the management company. In 2012, it bought out the "Private Equity Retail" activity of Tocqueville Finance (OTC), then of another management company. The group then manages more than 500 million euros in all segments of investment in SMEs. He ceded control of his management company in 2016 and then created in Bordeaux the company "Meilleurplacer. tech", a Saas fintech providing business software for asset management. He has a mixed profile of entrepreneur and investor. He is Vice President of FrenchTech Bordeaux and supports A Plus Finance in its regional establishment in the South West.
