Mr. Thomas Noonan is a Co-Founder & serves as Partner at TechOperators. He serves as Board Member at Grayshift and SalesLoft. He served as Chairman at Ionic Security. Mr. Noonan served as the President and member of the Board of Directors of Internet Security Systems, Inc., since May 1995, and as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from November 1996 until its acquisition by IBM in November 2006. Prior to joining Internet Security Systems, Mr. Noonan served as Vice President, Sales, and Marketing with TSI International, Inc., an electronic commerce company, from October 1994 until April 1995. From November 1989 until October 1994, Mr. Noonan held high-level sales and marketing positions at Dun & Bradstreet Software, a developer of enterprise business software. Mr. Noonan brings to the Company many years of experience in senior management in the software industry, including as co-founder, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of a public software company. We believe his entrepreneurial, executive management, and software industry experience is an indispensable resource to the Board. His past role as a Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of a public software company also qualifies him well to chair our Compensation Committee, as we believe it gives him insight into the compensation dynamics of companies like Manhattan Associates. He also serves on the Board of IntercontinentalExchange. He serves as Advisor at SaaSOptics. He served as a Board Member at Endgame.
