Baudouin Prot has been a Director of Kering since May 19, 2005, after having served as a member of the Supervisory Board (from March 11, 1998 to May 19, 2005). His term of office was renewed by the Combined General Meeting on April 27, 2017 and will expire at the end of the Annual General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020.
