As Return Path's chief privacy and security officer, Dayman leverages his experience and key relationships to provide best practices to Return Path, its customers, and ensures the compliance of their communications data flows. He is also responsible for coordinating and managing Return Path's international electronic commerce, privacy and Internet related policy issues. Previously to Return Path, he was Eloqua's chief privacy and security officer. Eloqua was acquired by Oracle for $871 million dollars in 2012 and is now the centerpiece of Oracle's marketing cloud. Prior to Eloqua, Dayman worked at StrongMail Systems as the director of deliverability, privacy, and standards. In those companies, he was also charged with ensuring that new email standards were created and instituted for the protection of legitimate email delivery. He was also charged with ensuring the product met and exceed data governance regulations. He is a longstanding member of several boards and advisory committees within the messaging industry and also sits on several advisory boards for Internet companies and is also a partner, mentor, and frequent investor in start-ups.

Prior to founding Indicator, Jonathan was at 100MileGroup, a brand incubator helping launch dozen of startup companies such a Zico Coconut Water, Marquee Jet, Vouch, and others. Before that, Jonathan was Co-founder of Kodiak Samurai, a New York City based digital agency catering to complex global brand clients including Amazon's Audible.com, Rollingstone Magazine and Polaroid, among others, where he carved out a niche of helping vet countless emerging and frontier tech platforms for his clients. Previously, Mr. Struhl founded Socialosity, a digital marketing company connecting brands with top tier celebrities and influencers through social media. At Socialosity, Jonathan worked with some of the world's top athletes and entertainers including LeBron James, Serena Williams, Pitbull and Chris Paul. Prior to Socialosity, he was the Director of Marketing and Digital Assets at Sheets Brand Energy and Sleep Strips, and helped launch their national advertising campaign. Jonathan has gained a deep understanding of storytelling, messaging, branding and productizing while working at 100 Mile Group, a New York City based brand incubator. Mr. Struhl has built an impressive network of entrepreneurs, VCs and executives in the NYC area where he has lived for the past 10+ years. He runs a founder/VC basketball league, and as a marathon runner, organizes a Pitch and Run group. He currently serves as Director or Observer of Airspace Link, Co-op Commerce, Dandy, Goodpath, Ianacare, Netomi, Pienso, Treno and Wade & Wendy. Mr. Struhl grew up in South Florida and currently lives in New York City with his wife Nicole and is a graduate of Yeshiva University, Sy Syms Business School. After donating bone marrow to a mother of four suffering from Leukemia, Jonathan was asked to join the Board of Gift of Life, a leading bone marrow, stem cell and gene therapy organization that has directly saved thousands of lives (and which facilitated the match between Jonathan and his recipient). He is extremely passionate about helping cure those with blood, bone and other cancers through tissue typing and cellular and gene therapy. Jonathan was recently made Chair of Gift of Life Biologics, a newly-formed, for-profit affiliate serving as a source for cell and gene therapy developers needing high quality, consistent, timely and cost-effective starting material, powering research through commercialization.
